ITO NA yata ang pinaka pinag-uusapan this week. After long months of being silent despite sa malakas na balita about their break-up, ngayon ay nagpa-unlak na sila Dingdong and Karylle. Finally, they talked about it sa taong pareho nilang pinili, si Ricky Lo of Philippine Star.

The interview was supposedly a face-to-face meeting but it didn’t push through, instead they just talked on the phone because of a conflict in their schedule. In this interview, both Karylle and Dingdong admitted that they already called their 3 year relationship quits. “Nagkaiba kami ng priorities,” Dingdong said.

The decision, according to Dingdong, was mutual and they actually tried their best to iron things out and save the relationship but obviously it didn’t work out. Karylle daw is really hurt. Well, sino nga naman ang hindi masasaktan sa pagtatapos ng tatlong taong relasyon, it’s kinda hard talaga. Believe me, I’ve been there and it’s not easy to accept things, madaming tanong kang maiisip at pilit mong hinahanapan ng sagot.

What went wrong nga ba? Well, mahirap talaga sagutin. Only the two who are involved can answer the question. How Karylle’s coping up? According to her close friend, she’s in a retreat to help her accept and handle the pain.

Is Oprah leaving broadcast TV?

Popular talk show host Oprah Winfrey is leaving broadcast TV in 2011, according to Broadcasting & Cable Magazine.

In a word: Yes. B&C reported that on a call to analysts Friday, Discovery chief David Zaslav told analysts: “The current expectation is that after fall 2011 her show will go off of … syndication, and she will come to OWN,” or Oprah Winfrey Network, the cable channel Winfrey’s production company, Harpo, is creating in conjunction with Discovery.

“We are talking right now about what that presence would be and what programming she would be involved in directly, but this is her chapter two, and building the OWN brand online and on-air is something and she and I are working on together. It is a core mission for her,” Zaslav said.

Oprah’s Harpo Productions has gone ballistic consequently, and the B&C website has become overloaded. Harpo, you see, didn’t want anyone to know this info right now.
